Refund policy

At Néro Veil, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and handled with care. We want you to feel
confident with every purchase.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or marks.
To request a return, email support@neroveil.com with your order number and reason for return.

Hijabs, accessories, sale or discounted items, and worn, washed, altered, or damaged
items are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Size exchanges may be offered subject to availability if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a
replacement or refund at no cost to you.
